Fight Back
Do not Pray for the Hard thing to go away. Pray for Bravery to come that is Bigger then the Hard thing.
Do it.
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.
The second best time to do it is now.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.

We Do Things.
Protect Yourself
You have a Dream. Protect it.
There are people who will tell you, that you can’t do it because they can’t do it.
Never Give Up
“Pain is temporary, it may last for a minute or hour, a day or even a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take it’s place…..if you quit however it will last forever.”
Live – Not Fight
The most common response from people when they learn we do Kung Fu is “…..I wouldn’t want to mess with you, you probably could kick my @%!. ” In the beginning stages of training our ego would accept and own up to that reputation of a bad @%!. BUT for those who get passed the beginning stages, train and study Kung Fu, later learn that fighting is only a quarter of the whole pie. So our response to the curious is “…..I don’t know if I can kick your @%!, but I do know how to defend myself.” Long explanation short….we don’t train to just fight, we train to think healthy, be free and live happy. Life is too short….be happy.
We Live – Not To Fight.
“Myself.” No-self
The order of society depends on awareness, right action, and self-discipline in all its members from the ruler to the common men. The peace and order of the community depends on the discipline of awareness by which each member recognizes what is to be done by him, or what properly accords with his identity and functions in the community.
